Meeting Minutes: June 12

Thanks to everyone for attending the meeting. Here are the highlights of our discussion:

• Voted on team name: Greygoose!!
• T-Shirt design: meeting scheduled for Monday afternoon to decorate the t-shirts. Ideas include stencils with wings, geese, web feet, bottles, shotglasses, martini glass - and lots of accessories with feathers (Heather / Katie / Beverley: to obtain supplies on Friday for t-shirt decoration)
• Team Chant: Andres will come up with a team chant for us (includes horn)
• Team Mascot: Dress up empty vodka bottle?? Tbd...
• Team Members Signed Up for Fun Day Activities: Summary below (if you have not signed up for any games yet, please enter your comments in the next section below)
• Fun Day Communications: The HR Department will be sending out a communications shortly regarding timing, registration, lunch/food, essentials to bring / wear ,etc
• Team Meeting Place: once a map of the location is sent out, I will pick a place for our team to meet
• Fun Items to Bring on the Day: Portable iPod player & music (Katie), Feather Boas (Chris), Horn (Andres) - if you have any other suggestions, please enter in the comment section below
